1. On arriving, the person kept insisting to get the pest control of the whole home done and was unwilling to accept that the bathroom is the actual source of ants. He said booking was for bathroom and kitchen but I wanted room and bathroom for which he wanted to charge extra money. This and insisting for whole house made it clear that he was only behind my money. 2. The power of the spray liquid seemed very less, because after spraying it the ants didn't come out. When I sprayed hit after he left on a particular area, that is when the ants came out in large numbers. So to conclude the man insisted a lot to do pest control in the whole house that was not needed, used less concentration of the liquid, and was unable to eliminate the ants in the only area I mentioned.
