First of all, the AC didnt need any gas refill. He did it unofficially, took ₹2000 for 2 ACs each, that is ₹4000 in total. Asked me to do it unofficially since Urban Co. was charging ₹2700 each AC. Basically he looted me for ₹4000 unofficially and committed fraud with Urban Co. As well as me. If this is how urban company functions, me as a consumer would never use this unprofessional app.
