The technician told the nuts bolta of the geyser were too hard to open . He should have carried the spray or shld have tried to open or cut it with the cutter . But he said I ll hv to book installinon n installation n he took the visiting charge amount too without doing anythng which is very un satisfying....

Service was not provided but still I was was charged for visiting.Fault was with the technician who did not tell me before the start of the service that things might get damaged in the process.After opening the geyser,he told me about this.Then I stopped work.In the process,one of pipe got damaged and I spent 150/- to replace the pipe. So technically I should not have been charged a single rupee. Pls arrange to refund visit charge as well.
