In the first service substandard part was fitted which was damaged just after 30 days. In the second service mechanic informed that the part, i.e Thermostat, fitted during the last service again got damaged. Mechanic further informed that the guarantee period of one month has already expired so again it will be charged but now the guarantee period will be for 90 days. But guarantee indicated in the App is again 30 days. When I objected then the mechanic total that he forgot to mention in the invoice but he would give his personal guarantee. I am heavily aggrieved from the unprofessional service from the urban company. I feel cheated. Please do the needful. Mob. No.8169897575
