The technician told the nuts bolta of the geyser were too hard to open . He should have carried the spray or shld have tried to open or cut it with the cutter . But he said I ll hv to book installinon n installation n he took the visiting charge amount too without doing anythng which is very un satisfying....

I requested the visit for geyser blockage issue. It needed servicing. He didn't give me any estimations before starting his work and try to incorrectly bill me by adding inspection charges along with with the servicing charge. This makes no sense since, adding 250 rs in bill to tell the it need servicing. I would assume, this amount should be included in the serving bill. He later had to correct it when I complaint and fought about it. But it spoil my experience. I would rather hire local vendors who will anyway do things much cheaper.
