Despite commitment to complete work within time they not started work and 35 per cent advance amount given and despite calling many times not picking the call.customer support team also given time slot only.and cancellation charge rs 1999 also charged despite false commitment on phone by sri Vatsal some staff from urban and his no is 7428462481.and professional noor hasan also not picking phone.very very poor service.
