When a client shares that they are getting it done for the first time, the partner must suggest some suitable options so that a choice can be made. For eg: we can try a combination of 2 colours, or would you like some intricate designs or gradients? They can also show pictures of their previous work so that we also get an idea of what they are capable of doing. All of this can be improved. Apart from this, she was patient, and she did incorporate some feedback towards the end. So it was a good experience too.

Did not have a lot of color options for nails .. plus, service professional seemed to be in a hurry .. I had booked for nail art for my sister’s wedding.. but there were no good suggestions given by the artist for wedding related nail art . Extremely disappointed .. I showed her few designs which she said she is not able to do .. she had no tools for nail art .. she wasn’t carrying any stencils etc .. and she said she can only do freehand designs .. there was only a single heart done on one single nail .. nothing done on the name of nail art .. extremely disappointed, and waste of my money .. it’s a very special occasion for me.. as it’s my sisters wedding , was anticipating to do something special for her wedding .. but all my hopes went in vain .. never booking nail art from urban clap again
