What will the first visit include?

Why do I need the second visit?
The second visit targets eggs which may hatch later, hidden cockroaches and new cockroach-babies. Killing them via a 2nd visit enhances the effect of the service, even if the problem is eliminated after the 1st visit
What safety precautions are needed?
The customer should not touch any sprayed surfaces till they are dry. Once chemical dries, do not wash the surface with water and soap, only a dry cloth
Will I have to empty the kitchen before the visit?
Yes, customers need to empty the kitchen before the 1st visit. You can also choose it as an additional service while making the booking if you wish the professional does so.
What will the second visit include?
Application of a semi-solid gel in all/infested areas of the house
Is the service safe for children and pest?
Yes, it is safe. However, it is advisable to keep children and pets away from sprayed surfaces till they are dry and keep an eye on them so they do not lick the surfaces later
Will the professional place back the utensils in my kitchen?
No, the customer needs to wait 1-2 hours till the chemical is dry to place back the utensils. The professional will not place back the utensils even if the add-on is bought

Sandeep Gupta was very rude and unprofessional. In kitchen we have top cabinet and when we requested to put the gel on the hinges he is asking "Idar be dalna padega". Under the bed we sometimes spotted cockroach we asked if he can spray under the bed for which he kept of refusing and arguing and after multiple request he did it. Then we made a some request since we were facing the same cockroach problem in our car if he could put spay or gel that also he refused. We understand it was not part of the service but as a Goodwill gesture he could have done us. Top of all when we reported to the chat support team who initiated a call. He was yelling on the call. What kindly of service is this. Please understand we have taken such service before too and the person who came adhered to our request but with Sandeep Gupta it was by far the worst service. Please dont send him in the followup service. I want to know what action will be taken against him. We feel violated and frauded. Money taken for service but didnt do it properly.
