Nasiruddin was courteous and did a thorough job in the kitchen, where the majority of the cockroaches were. But then he spent less than 5 mins to finish the rest of the house and sited the lack of enough chemicals for not spraying well in the remaining house. He also arrived 40 mins late, which I suspect could have been the reason for his hassling the rest of the service (he mentioned he had another service after this). While I appreciate the efforts he put in the kitchen, I'm totally disappointed with the hurried rest of the work, which feels like an incomplete service to me. I might as well have booked just the kitchen and bathroom service, instead of paying 50% more for a 2BHK service. Anyway, I appreciate his assuring us that if the cockroaches are still present after he completes the gel service next time, we can ask for a revisit and he'll ensure the house is sprayed properly again. So, here's keeping the fingers crossed that this service will solve our cockroach issue and that the partner service provider will redeem himself with the quality service that UC promises.

Cockroaches still roaming around in the kitchen. Kitchen was a mess would have been worth the effort had the problem been resolved but sill all kind of cockroaches issue there. Send a more experienced tech
