Very Poor Service & Extremely Disappointing Experience Not even a single cockroach has been killed after your service He is telling to my mother that the cockroaches will die after 10 days. But why should I wait for 10 days? I am paying you in advance for your service, and I expect proper results. So far, I have not seen any improvement, and not even a single cockroach has been killed after the treatment. I am not satisfied with the service at all, and I feel that my money has been wasted. I am extremely dissatisfied with the pest control service. The person who came for the service was very rude and unprofessional. Instead of cooperating with the customer, he was constantly arguing and talking unnecessarily. The overall behaviour was not at all acceptable, and the service provided was also not satisfactory. I paid for a service expecting proper and professional treatment, but unfortunately, I feel that my money was completely wasted. Customer satisfaction and polite behaviour should be the basic standards of any service, but sadly, I experienced neither here. Very disappointing experience. The service was not at all effective. No cockroaches got killed even after 8 hrs of pest control. The next day I sprayed hit before reorganizing kitchen shelves and cabinets and only after that cockroaches got killed. There was no smell in the chemical sprayed for pest control so I am not sure whether it was proper or not. So ultimately I had to put in all efforts and spray the pest repellent to get rid of the cockroaches. The service was not useful. There was no issue with the behavior of the service partner.
