Yes, it is safe. However, it is advisable to keep children and pets away from sprayed surfaces till they are dry and keep an eye on them so they do not lick the surfaces later
Why do I need the second visit?
The second visit targets eggs which may hatch later, hidden cockroaches and new cockroach-babies. Killing them via a 2nd visit enhances the effect of the service, even if the problem is eliminated after the 1st visit
What safety precautions are needed?
The customer should not touch any sprayed surfaces till they are dry. Once chemical dries, do not wash the surface with water and soap, only a dry cloth
Will the professional place back the utensils in my kitchen?
No, the customer needs to wait 1-2 hours till the chemical is dry to place back the utensils. The professional will not place back the utensils even if the add-on is bought
Will I have to empty the kitchen before the visit?
Yes, customers need to empty the kitchen before the 1st visit. You can also choose it as an additional service while making the booking if you wish the professional does so.

The professional arrived 45 mins late and then didn't even inspect from where the cockroaches came. He just has his personal opinion that they came from the sink. He didn't even inspect where the eggs are. He completed the service in 15 mins and left. Very bad service. Do not want him for the 2nd visit.

I booked pest control service for 1 BHK with utensil removal at 10:00 AM today. The professional arrived at 9:20 AM without confirming early arrival. The utensil removal took about 10 minutes and spraying took only 15 minutes. Key issues: No spraying on bookshelf, table, chairs, cupboards, electric boards, or upper corners. In the hall, spraying was done only at the base. The service felt rushed and incomplete compared to the expected thorough coverage. Kindly review this case
