Firstly on the day of the person came post 5 instead of 2 pm. Sure he informed that his day was derailed due to the rains. He sounded almost cocky on the call about how his treatment was going to make all the cockroaches vanish. When he came for the service, he finished the pest control of my entire house within 40 min and based on the feedback from my staff of 9 yrs who was supervising, said he did a surface level job and was not proactive in doing a thorough job of the treatment. We also were told he was using some form of an odorless solution that's safe for pets (which was not informed to us earlier). I would appreciate that provided it actually showed results. It's been a little over 2 days since the treatment but we haven't found any change in the cockroach situation. I have killed more cockroaches with my bug spray than whatever solution this person brought. Also, before he left, most people ask for a day that is convenient to us for a 2nd visit. This guy announced that he would come on a certain day as though we are meant to be available on that day no matter what. His behaviour was not rude but it was just weird. One can allow for that IF the job is thorough but this is just shoddy. The earlier experience with a different person was far superior.

Mr. Mo Salim Khan is a superb expert. I’ve been facing issues with cockroaches for a while now, and tried several treatments. While most treatments have given temporary relief, with Mr. Khans knowledge - he assessed the problem areas very thoroughly and only upon a proper inspection - and detailing of the problem areas to me - did he commence with the treatment.
