I recently availed the kitchen pest control service from Urban Company and while I’m happy with the professionalism of the pest control team, I’d like to share a key point for improvement. After the service, there’s a considerable amount of clean-up and rearrangement required — from wiping down surfaces, removing dead insects, to putting back all the kitchen items that had to be moved. As a client, this entire responsibility now falls on me, which is both time-consuming and challenging, especially when the kitchen is the most sensitive space in the house. It would be extremely helpful if Urban Company could introduce an optional paid add-on, where a dedicated clean-up and rearrangement team visits the location 3 hours after the pest control is completed. This second team could: • Help ventilate the area • Clean open surfaces like countertops • Wipe interiors of cabinets (if sprayed) • Re-line the shelves • Rearrange items in a hygienic, organized manner This would offer a more seamless and complete service experience, especially for households with elderly members, working professionals, or those with small children. I genuinely hope this feedback is considered — I’d be happy to pay for this added convenience.

The pest control service was excellent. The technician worked very thoroughly and paid great attention to detail. I am highly satisfied with the quality of the work and would definitely recommend their services.

The professional arrived 45 mins late and then didn't even inspect from where the cockroaches came. He just has his personal opinion that they came from the sink. He didn't even inspect where the eggs are. He completed the service in 15 mins and left. Very bad service. Do not want him for the 2nd visit.

Today marks the 5th day since your pest control service was done, yet there is absolutely no improvement — the cockroach problem remains exactly the same as before. What is the use of taking such an expensive service from you if there are no visible results? We usually go with our yearly contract provider, but this time we trusted UrbanClap and opted for your service. Unfortunately, it has turned out to be a highly disappointing and pathetic experience. I request you to address this matter urgently and provide a proper resolution.
