I wanted to share my feedback regarding today’s pest control service. The technician was polite, but he seemed to be in a hurry & did not spray the areas thoroughly. He repeatedly mentioned that the service only includes spraying the corners of the rooms & hall, whereas nowhere this was mentioned in the service details on your app. Request you to please look into this and ensure the service is carried out as promised.

I recently availed the kitchen pest control service from Urban Company and while I’m happy with the professionalism of the pest control team, I’d like to share a key point for improvement. After the service, there’s a considerable amount of clean-up and rearrangement required — from wiping down surfaces, removing dead insects, to putting back all the kitchen items that had to be moved. As a client, this entire responsibility now falls on me, which is both time-consuming and challenging, especially when the kitchen is the most sensitive space in the house. It would be extremely helpful if Urban Company could introduce an optional paid add-on, where a dedicated clean-up and rearrangement team visits the location 3 hours after the pest control is completed. This second team could: • Help ventilate the area • Clean open surfaces like countertops • Wipe interiors of cabinets (if sprayed) • Re-line the shelves • Rearrange items in a hygienic, organized manner This would offer a more seamless and complete service experience, especially for households with elderly members, working professionals, or those with small children. I genuinely hope this feedback is considered — I’d be happy to pay for this added convenience.
