The customer should not touch any sprayed surfaces till they are dry. Once chemical dries, do not wash the surface with water and soap, only a dry cloth
Will I have to empty the kitchen before the visit?
Yes, customers need to empty the kitchen before the 1st visit. You can also choose it as an additional service while making the booking if you wish the professional does so.
Will the professional place back the utensils in my kitchen?
No, the customer needs to wait 1-2 hours till the chemical is dry to place back the utensils. The professional will not place back the utensils even if the add-on is bought
Is the service safe for children and pest?
Yes, it is safe. However, it is advisable to keep children and pets away from sprayed surfaces till they are dry and keep an eye on them so they do not lick the surfaces later
What will the first visit include?
Spraying of a diluted liquid chemical in all/infested areas of the house
What will the second visit include?
Application of a semi-solid gel in all/infested areas of the house

I would have given 0 star to him. The moment he entered I said make it gel service as I have a kid at home n it’s late evening then he convinced me why spray is imp I changed my mind n let him spray and gel both so it don’t get messier. He didn’t inform me about the mess despite informing a small kid at home. The strong smell is all over the house. House n kitchen is messed up as he put the spray everywhere even on the gas platform. n can’t even let my kid enter home now. Please educate them properly before the service n let them also explain pros n cons post service. There has to be some professionalism. Totally dissapointed.
