The customer should not touch any sprayed surfaces till they are dry. Once chemical dries, do not wash the surface with water and soap, only a dry cloth

What will the first visit include?

Will the professional place back the utensils in my kitchen?

No, the customer needs to wait 1-2 hours till the chemical is dry to place back the utensils. The professional will not place back the utensils even if the add-on is bought

Yes, it is safe. However, it is advisable to keep children and pets away from sprayed surfaces till they are dry and keep an eye on them so they do not lick the surfaces later

1. "Utensil removal" was in our scope...however Porter forced us to emply entire kitchen. To .remove all modular trolleys, grocery storage etc.out of kitchen... 2. We removed everything and kept in hall, them Partner insisted to do treatment in hall also as the cocroatch could be there in hall with shifted items...on payment basis... 3. Emptying kitchen and then bringing everything back is a very painful....you should have CLEAR MENTION OF IT WHILE BOOKING...JUST SAYING UTENSIL REMOVAL IS MISLEADING....WHILE YOUR PARTNERS INSISTED TO DI SERVICE ORLY AFTER REMOVAL OF EVERYTHING.... In the process some modlar darwers channels got damaged. I tryied ti approach custermer care from my account but failed... then i asked Partner to connect and i talked and mentioned above grievances. So far i did not get any response... 4. Also today morning, we can see a few cocroatches in kitchen
