Cockroaches are still roaming around. Not even a single dead cockroach has been found. We had booked the 1 PM slot, but after making the payment, both the slot and the service partner got changed. If you had informed us about this before payment, we would have considered some other option.

The professional who came to spray pesticide for cockroaches was required to empty items from the kitchen. However, after the service, I noticed that a silver coin I had kept safely in a box was missing. The coin was there before the service, but the next day, when I was putting the items back in the kitchen, I could not find it. This has caused me considerable distress, as the silver coin held both monetary and sentimental value. I request you to kindly look into this matter at the earliest and take appropriate action.
