Disappointing Experience* I'm extremely dissatisfied with the pest control service I received on 3rd july. The technician seemed to be in a hurry and didn't do a thorough job. He just sprinkled the solution everywhere without any care or consideration for our belongings. He didn't even bother to inform us about which areas he treated or what precautions we need to take. To make matters worse, he didn't ask us to remove personal items like toothbrushes, towels, or clothes that were hanging behind the door. I'm worried that some of these items might have been contaminated with the solution. He also didn't clarify whether he sprayed on window and door panes, which could cause sticky residue and other issues. The lack of communication and professionalism was appalling. We were left to figure out the aftermath of the treatment on our own, which was frustrating and stressful. I would not recommend this company to anyone without significant improvements in their service and communication.
