I have a serious concern about the quality of the service. After the service, I left the place untouched for 26 hours as instructed. However, I could still see cockroaches moving around throughout that day and even the following day. I am deeply disappointed, especially after spending a significant amount on the service and paying an additional amount to the employee for the chemicals used to cover/boating up everything. Despite all of this, the expected result has not been achieved. This raises a serious question about the quality and effectiveness of the service provided. I would appreciate an immediate explanation and a proper resolution.

The chemical sprayed is diluted with water and made the all the kitchen surfaces watery which took 7-8 hrs to dry up leaving yellow stains all over the places. The professional did not remove the utensils and made us remove them on our own which is a clear violation of promised service paid for.
