The customer should not touch any sprayed surfaces till they are dry. Once chemical dries, do not wash the surface with water and soap, only a dry cloth

Yes, customers need to empty the kitchen before the 1st visit. You can also choose it as an additional service while making the booking if you wish the professional does so.

Today marks the 5th day since your pest control service was done, yet there is absolutely no improvement — the cockroach problem remains exactly the same as before. What is the use of taking such an expensive service from you if there are no visible results? We usually go with our yearly contract provider, but this time we trusted UrbanClap and opted for your service. Unfortunately, it has turned out to be a highly disappointing and pathetic experience.
