No, the customer needs to wait 1-2 hours till the chemical is dry to place back the utensils. The professional will not place back the utensils even if the add-on is bought

The customer should not touch any sprayed surfaces till they are dry. Once chemical dries, do not wash the surface with water and soap, only a dry cloth

There is no improvement in the infestation. Surfaces were cleaned after 4 hrs of the service and today also there are cockroaches everywhere in the kitchen inspite of assurance from the service partner

Professional arrived almost 2.5 hrs late. No pro active communication to inform us of delay. Also service was completed in a hurry. This experience was not good. In future I might directly approach pest control company instead of booking from urban company.

We provide a 3 month warranty after the process is completed so that there is no recurrence of cockroaches.

Unique 2 visit treatment
The treatment will happen in two parts with a gap of 2 weeks. First, spray treatment to kill the fully developed pests. Second, gel treatment to break the lifecycle and kill the newly hatched eggs. The gel goes deep inside the drains attacking the cockroaches and ants where they hide and breed, preventing them from multiplying
