He was very polite but came very late as he had to complete his earlier assignment. I bought the product especially for the doorbell notifications feature. The same was working when he was here but stopped working afterwards. So I sought the help through app (please note there is no other way we can contact them) and they called me after sometime and asked me to show where the doorbell device is kept. They asked me to call an electrician to shift the device near the door. But when the electrician came I was not able to contact them as they kept the chat in pending mode. Anyway with the little understanding I shifted it to the door and it’s working now. They promised me to reimburse the electrician expenses and I am waiting for the reimbursement. So it was bit of frustrating experience as they don’t have a good customer service
