Instead of wall mounting of geyser he left it on the loft .. on the second and third day no hot water coming from the geyser.. God knows why I was charged 614 for installation and another 400 for uninstallation of old geyser..

The technician asked additional Rs. 100 for removing the existing fan. This was not mentioned to me before. Everytime you may not get a new house with a bare hook. Many times the existing fan has to be removed in order to install the new one. Then why take extra money? And if taking, then it should be informed in advance. As a customer, I felt cheated.
