He is completely unprofessional. I tried to explain the issue to him and he did not complete the in warranty service..he is asking for extra money now, nor did he know how to set the cctv camera on the first visit ..i had to do it all by myself. On the top of that now he is being rude and demanding more money for correcting the issue.
