The professional arrived slightly late, did not know how to mount the TV. He has left the job half done, didn't take the correct steps, and did it in the worst way possible, which could have led to damaging my TV or my mount. And he took the extra step of forcing me to help him with the entire installation compared to him doing it on his own. If I have to pay ₹800 to get my TV installed by a person, why am I helping him? After asking him to stop working and leave my house because he's not doing the job correctly even after asking him to do it correctly, he keeps demanding that no, he'll finish the job and then I have to get angry and force him to leave.

I had initially told Rohit to get the new part. But then later, I realized that I had a spare part with me and called me back. He didn't show any fluster and was extremely respectful throughout the whole service. Loved the work ethic shown here!!

He charges a lot. First, he said only one switch needed to be replaced, and then after returning from the shop, he said the entire switchboard had to be changed. He also spent time going out and coming back without bringing the required switches initially. The whole situation seemed quite suspicious.
