Hi before starting the work he should have informed me about the rate 247 he had charged me ,I had seen in the app then I told him is it 247 then he told yes ,but first he should have informed me ,it is going to be 247 ,and then there were drawer alignment work of 3 to 4 draws ,he did not do that and said we don't provide drawer alignment service as urban company doesn't support it,but in your rate chart there is a option for drawer alignment(setting),and first he should have informed us that before making the bill of rupees 247 for 1 quantity ,u cannot add other drawers after I accept the 247 quotation and he was in a hurry ,so is there a rule of I accept one work ,then he cannot accept my other work,and a very rude behaviour to not do any work ,very unprofessionalism ,i would require a good decent carpenter to come who has good communication skills and who is not in a hurry and speaks very softly and does not tell me he has to go to other client .so please don't send him again to my house and take strict action against him ,I am sharing the photos of the work which he totally rejected of the drawer alignment and also my 60 rupees convenience fees has gone waste as if my other work would have been done my bill would be rupees 499 above and also one more point my drawer alignment was not proper and I told him to repair it and he told me ki aap itna mat dekhiye ,and this is not the language to speak to a customer ,I am extremely disappointed with urban company as they should appoint a good professional who is not at all bad in speaking and do all the work without objecting and not tell me I will not do this ,I will not to do that,and the service is in your rate card ,below is the photo of the drawer which is coming out and in,which he did not do ,so i would kindly request u in future that this person should not come ever to my house,can u please tell miss natasha to call me after 3.00 pm today .
