He has given enough time to repair but didn't get the desired result. He said that the pipeline is blocked and he has done his service as much as he can do. However earlier also for that tap we have consulted a uc plumber who said that surviving of geyser is required and no problem is with the pipeline. So we have booked an appointment for geyser servicing. Still we are not satisfied. And also want to complain that he has taken an extra amount of Rs. 80/- for acid. I want to know why we have to give extra. Either he should bring it with him or it should have been mentioned in the app. Please clarify.

Only geyser was installed without completing the water connection tubes and complete connectivity. Plug point is far away from the geyser, wire cannot reach there. Need refund
