The filament of the geyser was to be replaced to which I agreed. He said servicing is also required to which I did not agree since the filament itself was being replaced then we don't need servicing. He said if I did not agree then he will not do the replacement. I was forcefully made to agree for servicing which I did not want. As a longterm customer of UC I felt cheated. Also he asked for advance part payment without any receipt to which I disagreed I believe in UC Honesty but this was different
