I did provide a 5 star rating to the associate on the day of installation. However, now I am changing it to 1.5 stars, after 24 hours of usage of the outdoor CCTV camera. These are my pointers as to why I am bound to change the rating - 1. Along with this associate, 2 other guys had come to my place. NONE, I repeat NONE knew the correct method. 2. The associate does not have any knowledge whatsoever in regards to outdoor CCTV installation 3. The installation was incorrect. The video recording is upside down. What the hell? When informed regarding the same, the 3rd person stated that "settings mein change ho jayga". I mean are you seriously crazy? When you are installing a camera upside down how will the settings have a feature to change the image/video? I have checked every possible settings. There is an option termed as "invert image" but that just inverts the image side wise not upside down. So every time I am checking the recordings, I have to change my phone angle to check the same??? ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS!!!! I STRONGLY DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PERSON OR ANY OF THE 2 OTHER GUYS WHO HAD CAME TO MY HOUSE TO INSTALL A SINGLE CAMERA. PLEASE URBAN COMPANY MAKE IT A POINT TO NOT TO RECOMMEND THIS ASSOCIATE TO ANY OTHER PERSON'S HOUSE FOR A OUTDOOR CCTV INSTALLATION.

The service person was in hurry, he didnt even confirm before drilling the wall and post that he said he has to conplete the service fast and cant spend time much so he cant do checks before installing.
