The service person initially used kerosene oil to clean. For bad smell. I asked him to use other chemical instead. He then asked for hot water and I provided hot water. Finally he used caustic soda with hot water for cleaning. On previous occasions other service persons used some other chemicals which was less odourous and efficient. The person should not use non standard materials. Though the person done his job properly, He should have used proper chemical agents. After service cleaning was bare minimum, kitchen floor was found sticky.
