The service person is very hard working, sincere, polite and extremely humble. But the company has not provided the required training for deep cleaning in a city like Kochi where hard water and lime scale deposits create problems. It simply requires lime scale removal chemicals and motor assisted scrubbing machines to clean the bathroom walls. The person worked hard to clean the walls by hand and with our lime scale removal chemicals. Moreover, the bucket and mugs used by us have been used to soak and wash the dirty scrubs and cleaning materials. I am not going to use these buckets and mugs anymore as it became very unhygienic because of this. It imposed aditional cost to me for the purchase. Also give the personal, extension chords that have at least five metres length. These are the failures from the side of the company in not giving enough training and instructions. I am giving this feedback to improve your services in future
