EDIT: Today the old staff (Kishore) called again and enquired about the low rating. He also want to know the name of the new UC staff whom I booked for bathroom cleaning. He was arguing why I didn’t mention any problem the same day & claimed he is calling as UC asked him to call & talk to me! Really?? Is this the way UC works? —————————————————————I booked 2 exhauster cleaning and kitchen cleaning. They left without cleaning exhausts. Also my husband complained he was reluctant to clean a dusty wall saying it will get clean. Husband insisted in cleaning it with dry cloth and it became clean. But the moment husband left the supervision he left the opposite wall half cleaned for same kind of dirt. I gave a roll of shelf liner which he didn’t return or could have informed me if it is finished. It cannot get finished though as it was a new roll.
