She asked me about previous cancellations and discussed other workers with me, which I believe is not appropriate and not related to her visit. During the conversation, she repeatedly defended other workers when I explained my past experiences, which made me feel that my concerns were being dismissed rather than acknowledged. I believe it would be more professional for staff to avoid discussing other workers or past bookings with clients and to focus only on their work and professional communication.
