He is good but not great. When you book through Urban Company you expect a very professional attitude from the technician. Even though he did the job without any issue but he was aiming to take more than what the job deserves. In addition I didn't like his attitude and he was not taking care that he should not make the place where he worked dirty, he should be careful as much as possible.
