This is only way I could reach you Urban Company Customer Support, it is completely unacceptable to request the change of Shaira to Jeleyn or Sheila for my monthly subscription and it is still not resolved. It is utterly unbelievable to even request a reschedule for my actual appointment being scheduled for today Sunday to Tuesday because i want Jeleyn or Sheila and Jeleyn was available that is why i booked for Tuesday, then I come to a surprise just by checking my appointment again and you have assigned Shaira AFTER i have rescheduled for Jeleny, what is your problem? Cant you understand that I dont want Shaira and that it is part of your agreement that I could choose the professional that I want and that they would be the same professional until my subscription is over? Now you have wasted my time by rescheduling over and over again as this is not the first time! First Shaira comes to my place to request me to cancel as I gave bad review, ON THE DAY Sheila was supposed to visit, that day was wasted as I needed the help but its fine we pushed it to another day. Now this happens from your end not my end are you kidding me? I have booked for Tuesday for Jeleyn and I demand my booking to be the same as it was confirmed before you changed it. And if it is not clear to you, we dont want Shaira okay? Either assign me Jeleyn or Sheila for the remaining visits in my subscription. And I dont understand a company that doesn’t have a way for its customers to support, due your diligence if you want to continue supporting your customers.
