The geyser is not working.We had spent 2000 rupees on it.Kindly look into this and arrange for technician revisit.This is so unprofessional

Had the worst experience with the professional. I believe UC should check what the professionals are doing. He claimed to change a safety valve and told us that it will cost 350 INR. It was a very small part and instantly I felt something fishy. So I told him that I will bring it on my own. To my surprise it cost me only INR 25. When I told him I will get it. He told me that the insulator needs to be changed. But it has already been changed by a UC professional a month ago. The professional was trying to get as much money as our pockets by mentioning defects that are not even there. I would recommend going for a local plumber instead for geyser repair atleast now.
