After installation the door needed finishing. Filling the edges and pain. I was expecting the lock should hide any wood work done beneath it. In the end I noticed and asked the installation guy and he said you need to get it done on your own. If that is the case he or someone from urban company should've informed us prior to installing the door that finishing won't be there and we will have to get the finishing done at our end. Other than this the installation person was polite and came early and finished installation early
