I have been told that their might be some issue with PCB board and motor ..both the parts have been taken for testing ..after two days he said issue is with PCB and asked me for confirmation to get it repaired for 4K..on the date of arrival he said he found issue with motor also..and it’s cost of repair is 4.5k total 9.5k..I felt he is doing some foul play and asked for video of testing..he denied and said can’t give..I asked him to replace with out repair and I got this repaired from company toll free with in a day with half the price..users please be aware.

App showing me rs 2188 after deduction of my booking charges including service charges but mechanic wants rs 3250 for parts and service charges. Then I told him I want to pay only app amount but he not agreed and told those are duplicate parts and I will bring original parts from outside then I told him they are giving me 6 months warranty whatever it may be I want those only. Then he told I don't want to attend this repair . Then I told you ask company. Then he closed ticked and mentioned completed work. This is not fair since 5 days iam suffering I booked on 1 st November but my machine was not yet repaired . We have somuch hopes on urban company we always book in urban company for all problems.
