I booked uc for tv repair 15 days back , Laxmikant a technician came and said within 2 days problem is identified and estimation will be given.But after 7days he closed and said that repair is completed , but till date not over and today he is saying that your tv will be given back without repair

Job got completed, till now the TV is working fine. But it was a nightmare for the following reasons: 1>He brought along with him one more person. I was never told, nor was asked permission to allow him. But I allowed to avoid conflict. 2>Asked an advance of Rs 4000/- to complete work in 2hrs, since 5years never paid any advance for work. Having paid advance, work got completed in about 6hrs (work started at 9:30am), enduring a prolonged delay to fix. I was foxed into this advance. 3> A few times, I questioned him about work. But he was very arrogant, over confident, furious, and replied in a harsh tone, with vulgar body language. He also threatened, “should I do the work (or) not”. Like, A>when i questioned the missing screw, he said I was irritating him. Later pointed him to a mistake, he accepted to put a new screw. B> when i asked to cross check, the new part Model number, he said I am disturbing him. Later, found he brought the wrong part. This was preposterous behavior. I expect productive work. 4> My TV is a ‘50 Inch’ Nokia Television, bought in Year 2022, it’s been 3years. The faulty part model number starts with, ‘TCL50D11’, attached photo with GREEN circle (for new part), RED circle (for old part). Here number ‘50’ means ‘50 Inch’ TV. All this proved, proves TV is 50 Inches. But he billed for 55 Inch TV. This is a clear scam. 5> I always pay through Urban app using Credit Card, this is the reason, booking was done through Card. After completing work, he did not wait for my payment and Closed the Booking with ‘Paid complete Cash’. But I had no Cash. He pissed me off to pay cash for about half an hour. Finally, I rushed with him to the Petrol pump in the hot summer, by skipping my lunch at 2Pm, and filled his Car fuel tank using my Credit Card. He is an ultimate fool and nonsense. 6> He was making the above mistakes, but to cover his faults, he kept pestering with me below: A>he has received a 4.9 rating, B>he is an expert, C>he works with commitment and without mistake, etc. This proves his incredible double standards. Technicians should be committed to a constructive and customer-centric relationship. I suggest that penalties should be levied on such Technicians and pass on to grieving Customers, to stress that timely completion of work should be prioritised by Technicians, and avoid similar disputes in future. Tried to contact support, but the virtual assistant in chat was not helpful. Also, tried to communicate with the Supervisor, and it mentioned receiving calls in 5mins, but received about an hour. It was too late.
