I have rebooked with Khadeer; she is a very kind professinoal who perfectly arrives on time and offers services appropriately. I really appreciate that she does not talk too much or ask a lot of questions during the service. She has great communication. So far all great. However, a point of improvement for courtesy: Khadeer was experiencing allergies in the middle of the service. Not an issue at all, and I assumed she was going to the restroom to blow her nose with tissues or use the wash basin. However, I heard her use the toilet, which is not appropriate as it’s my auntie's working room and that is her private bathroom. My aunt allows me to use the basin but even I don't use my aunt's toilet as that's her personal space. There is a staff restroom I could have directed Khadeer to. By the time I realized what was happening, it was too late to speak up. In addition, with other massage providers, a blanket is usually draped over the areas not being massaged. I think this is a very small point that increases comfort. She also used my aunt's chair without asking, again I try to respect my aunt and uncle as we live in their place so even I use a stool instead of their chairs. However, I'm certain I will have successful services in the future with Khadeer when I use her in the future! My last service with her was 5 stars and I'm sure that will happen again next time.
