He did not how to fix the closer. Instead of making it incorrect service, he changed it to something else. He was forcing me to go to feedback link and click positive feedback though he did not do any service. He asked me to book another service called over the wall installation and called me last night and started blaming me for he getting the new booking.

The carpenter completed the job of fixing our cloth ceiling hanger as expected, and his work quality was good overall. However, there was an unexpected incident that made the day quite chaotic. Our balcony is narrow and small, and while working, the carpenter accidentally hit and broke the balcony water tap. Unfortunately, it was during the Dussehra holiday, so the maintenance office was closed, and there was no one available to turn off the water supply from the tank valve. Thanks to our helpful neighbor, we managed to get a temporary tap to stop the water flow. After the carpenter finished his work, I had to go out and purchase new taps and struggled to fix the leakage on my own. This unexpected incident caused us a lot of stress and turned what should have been a simple repair into a difficult day. In the future, I hope professionals from UrbanClap take extra care in such situations to avoid damage, especially in tight spaces. Despite the mishap, the quality of his carpentry work was good, but the overall experience left us feeling unsatisfied due to the additional issues we had to deal with.
