This service was booked as part of an Amazon delivery, which ended up being delayed. The technician called me and said he would mark the service as completed on the app, but that I could contact him once the delivery arrived and he would come to install it. Present day: The delivery arrived a couple of days ago. I called him the same day, and he said he was out of town but would come the next morning. When I called the next day, he said he had just returned and would come that evening. That evening, he stopped answering my calls. When I tried calling again the following day, it appeared that my number had been blocked. I paid for the service, but no one ever showed up. Extremely unprofessional behaviour.
