I have been a loyal customer of Wash On through the Urban Clap app for the past 8 months and have always had a great experience, but this recent incident was completely unacceptable. I booked a package for two services at AED 110 per service (30 items per service). I sent in my usual 30 items—the exact same type of clothes I have sent them every single month for nearly a year. Out of nowhere, and without my permission or consent, they charged an additional AED 55 to my card. They claimed 4 items were "additional" and not part of the package. First of all, charging a customer's card without explicit consent is completely wrong. Second, the math makes no sense: if the package is AED 110 for 30 items, charging AED 55 for just 4 items is ridiculous overcharging. If their rates changed, they were legally and professionally obligated to call and get my approval before processing the order. To make matters worse, when I raised this on the app, their customer service was shockingly rude, angry, and aggressive over the phone. The representative actually yelled at me, saying, "If you didn't want your clothes ironed, then why did you even send it?" I sent them to be ironed because I paid for a package that has always covered them. Treating a long-term, loyal customer with such disrespect and illegally charging cards without authorization is a massive red flag. I will never use Wash On again. Stay away!

Horrible dry cleaning. The cleaners could not even remove collar dirt in all three blazer.

WOW! i am REALLY impressed. I was actually really apprehensive about giving my shoes for cleaning as i had no experience with UC for this specific task.. but i am just blown away. Would definitely recommend you try it out as well if your shoes need cleaning
