Sorohim was doing massage for Sreya (woman).The other girl was doing massage for my husband.Sorohim had to be reminded to clean the feet before the massage even after the reminder she did not clean the feet.Before the massage I told her that I need more focus on my upper back and I need a strong massage.She did not use enough pressure on the back even after telling her and spent less time on my back and more time on legs..Before the face massage I had to remind her to clean her hands she did not wash the hands by herself,that is big hygiene shortfall.Wen I asked her to use elbow on my shoulder at the end of the massage she told me that she has another appointment and cannot spend anymore time .After the massage I gave her feedback regarding the disappointmentshe became defensive her voice raised and she started defending herself told me that she is been doing overtime whole day.She started showing attitude did not even looked at me while I was giving her feedback .She lacks professionalism hospitality .Have never faced such a unprofessional behaviour before from Urban company.Please note we book massage very often from my account (Sreya Gharai) and my husbands account (Mayank Sethi).But have never faced such a rude and unprofessional behaviour .Very disappointed from the service and it has definitely affected your brand image.
