To be honest I was surprised because both were very very professional, first we received a call one hour prior to the session to notify us that there will be slight delay . We accepted that . Then when they arrived they were calm , and made sure to have everything prepared and I was impressed with the hygiene. Then Chin explained the service and went through all the details of the oil types and any medical conditions to be considered they also put on the defuser and music. Really felt like spa at home. In each procedure they will stop and explain I really admired the professionalism and dedication. Thank you Sofia and Chin
