Key Issues Faced: Unjustified Charges I was charged ₹7,727 for bearing and bush replacement, which is nearly double the expected cost for such a repair. There was no prior breakdown or justification provided for this amount, and I find it highly unreasonable given the nature of the service. Lack of Ownership by Service Engineer The service engineer did not take proper accountability for handling my washing machine parts. Before the repair, the drum was in excellent condition—clean and shining. However, after the engineer took the part away for 48 hours, it was returned in a visibly degraded state. The shine was completely gone, and it appeared to be an older or different part altogether. Trust Breach I agreed to the service and charges purely based on the trust I had in Urban’s standards and the professionalism of your engineers. Unfortunately, this experience has shaken that trust. It is unacceptable that after paying a premium amount, I am left with doubts about the integrity of the parts used and the quality of service delivered. Request for Immediate Action: A detailed explanation and itemized invoice for the ₹7,727 charge. Clarification on whether the original drum was returned or replaced with another part.
