The engineer is having rude behavior.. yesterday. He has a bad mouth with me. I raised the ticket or complaint with urban clab yesterday. He also has not brought my damaged part. He asked me to share the price for the previous complaint, he increased the price after seeing the previous price in my phone. Today he said that my Amazon firestick has got damaged as they even have the basic troubleshooting that un-plugging device and plugging device may help. He provided his verdict that fire stick is damaged as no volume was coming. I unplugged and plugged..it stared working..even then he was keeping his upper hand. I strongly recommend to get this technician trained one more time (Pankaj) or should go to some trainings which can help him, how to.deal.with customer. This is really unprofessional and damaging the reputation of urban clab. From last 3 days he was adamant to provide my television back after 9 pm in night when I complaint against him in urban clap, then only he brought the tv in my defined time which is in between 1 pm to 6 pm. Still damaged part is not handover. Please look into this and call me for more clarification..thanks.
