My TV was taken to replace the backlight on the 20th of June. It was returned on the 22nd with the backlight replaced and working. When the technician put the TV on I noticed that the speakers were distorting and breaking with the sound. The speakers were not doing this before the technician took the TV. When I asked him about the speakers' behaviour he said that he had nothing to do with it and kept insisting that he had not touched the speakers. But as it stands right now the speakers are ruined. This is my only complaint, apart from the damaged speakers the technician's behaviour and part replacement were absolutely fine.

I had a very disappointing experience with Urban Company. The technician took my TV for repair, and it was with them for more than 12 days. I kept calling and following up to ask when it would be returned, but I never received a proper response. When I finally got frustrated and asked them to return my TV if they couldn’t repair it, they suddenly said that it could be repaired. The service was extremely unprofessional. I would not recommend Urban Company to anyone for TV repairs. My TV was returned in worse condition than when it was picked up. They quoted around ₹13000 for the repair and offered only a 6-month warranty, which simply isn’t worth it. For around ₹20,000, you can buy a brand-new TV, so spending over half that amount on a repair with such poor service makes no sense. My advice is to get your TV repaired at a trusted local repair shop instead. You’ll likely receive better service, quicker updates, and a much better overall experience.
