Hello UC, Before the Service, my Freeze was working perfectly find and cooling was at the best label but we were just getting static current issue on body. After Service, the technician said compressor is failed and did reassemble the all the open parts. I said to technician, cooling and freezing was absolutely find, now after the service how you can say compressor issue. Then they left without any fix. Now, my Freeze is dead, who will take the responsible. I can request UC to intervene on this issue.

Paid Rs. 3808 for fridge repair thorugh urban clap and its been more than 24 hrs and the fridge is still not working properly. Cooling is very very low. Hardly any cooling. When I told the serviceman that cooling is not proper, he asked me to wait an hour and then confirm. When i called him back after an hour he said he will visit in the evening to repair but in the evening he said to wait 24 hrs for proper cooling and that he will visit the next day in the morning but he has not come. I was told by the servicing person that for Payment of Rs.3808 for service, the fridge will work properly but it never did and he kept giving excuses. This type of service is cheating and a scam to say the least. Shameful and disgusting.
