The 3people who came didn’t do dry dusting of walls and ceilings at all. They did not even have their own mop and garbage bags and vacuume cleaner. Their supervisor left after giving 5 minute instructions to them and never came back. I can even share pictures of dust they left behind. That’s why i cancelled my second booking on Saturday

Let me start from the beginning, I had booked for Full Home Cleaning Service from Urban Clap. I was assigned Mr. Deepak Kumar by the Urban Clap App.
When he arrived(30minutes late) to the location, he inspected our flat, identified what needs to be cleaned and asked us for extra money after their job is done.
Then when they started cleaning, he told us he isn't carrying garbage bags and asked us to order some garbage bags.
Then after some time he asked to order lunch for his team(which is not part of the Full House Cleaning Package),
Uptill this point, we thought, as long as he will give us a clean house, it's all well and good.
But then we started noticing discrepancies in his team's work, where he had to do minimal dusting of objects in the house, he or his team mates blanketly refused, stating it's not part of the package. Then they started cleaning lazily around the house, leaving dust trails on the floor, objects and table.
Then Mr.Deepak also broke one of our window panels, and some crystal showpieces for which we didn't take any property damage expenses.
Their team grossly mishandled fragile objects in the house and a day later, we found out they stuffed a lot of dust and garbage under one of our box beds....
This was one of the worst experiences I have encountered from a professional house cleaning team...
And once the serivce was over, Mr Deepak had the audacity to still ask for extra money after committing property damages and not fulfilling his cleaning activities
I wouldn't recommend any other customer to use the services of Mr Deepak Kumar and his team.
