Will I have to empty the kitchen before the visit?
Yes, customers need to empty the kitchen before the 1st visit. You can also choose it as an additional service while making the booking if you wish the professional does so.
Why do I need the second visit?
The second visit targets eggs which may hatch later, hidden cockroaches and new cockroach-babies. Killing them via a 2nd visit enhances the effect of the service, even if the problem is eliminated after the 1st visit
Is the service safe for children and pest?
Yes, it is safe. However, it is advisable to keep children and pets away from sprayed surfaces till they are dry and keep an eye on them so they do not lick the surfaces later
What safety precautions are needed?
The customer should not touch any sprayed surfaces till they are dry. Once chemical dries, do not wash the surface with water and soap, only a dry cloth
What will the first visit include?
Spraying of a diluted liquid chemical in all/infested areas of the house
What will the second visit include?
Application of a semi-solid gel in all/infested areas of the house
Will the professional place back the utensils in my kitchen?
No, the customer needs to wait 1-2 hours till the chemical is dry to place back the utensils. The professional will not place back the utensils even if the add-on is bought

Very casual handling of chemicals: No caution or warning as to consequences of chemicals when cleaning up was given except those noted on your App. My face got severe itching on cleaning up last night, and remained till morning due to which I couldn't sleep the whole night. Towels and bathroom items were not got removed. Due to no warning, I used the towel hung on the door in the morning, leading to severe itching once again, and this has lasted till about 5 pm. My full time maid is also facing the same problem.

Unique 2 visit treatment
The treatment will happen in two parts with a gap of 2 weeks. First, spray treatment to kill the fully developed pests. Second, gel treatment to break the lifecycle and kill the newly hatched eggs. The gel goes deep inside the drains attacking the cockroaches and ants where they hide and breed, preventing them from multiplying
