Please don't mistake the review for partner behaviour. Amit was good and courteous. However the service effectiveness is poor. The number of cockroaches are still the same, waited for a day thinking that it might take some time for the chemical to act. But the cockroach situation is still the same.

When I booked the service the name appeared Rahul, but he sent another person to do pesticide on his behalf. Plus that unknown person never told us that he is not Rahul n started doing pesticide, that person we don't know his name only emptied one fourth kitchen, we emptied half of the kitchen and then he said there is no need to fully emptied the kitchen, after sometime the real person came and said I'm Rahul, we were just shocked what kind of company is this. That person Rahul said I was busy in another home doing pesticide so I sent my brother on my behalf to do the work. And also they just finished the work in 45 mins. We just want our money back. This is wrong and something very dangerous. I can't trust Urban Company anymore.
