Yes, customers need to empty the kitchen before the 1st visit. You can also choose it as an additional service while making the booking if you wish the professional does so.

Why do I need the second visit?

The second visit targets eggs which may hatch later, hidden cockroaches and new cockroach-babies. Killing them via a 2nd visit enhances the effect of the service, even if the problem is eliminated after the 1st visit

Is the service safe for children and pest?

Yes, it is safe. However, it is advisable to keep children and pets away from sprayed surfaces till they are dry and keep an eye on them so they do not lick the surfaces later

What safety precautions are needed?

The customer should not touch any sprayed surfaces till they are dry. Once chemical dries, do not wash the surface with water and soap, only a dry cloth

We were troubled a lot by red ants in our apartment and so went for this service. Taking out the entire stuff from the kitchen and then putting it back was a huge task but we did it as the red ants menace was too much. The service was done on 18th oct Friday, but on 20th oct Sunday we found an army of ants attacking some eatables in the kitchen. After such a lot of efforts if ants are found just 2 days after it's very concerning.

The service provider didn't efficiently spray enough medicine to rid my room of all cockroaches, as soon as I finished paying him and came to check inside after some minutes,since I'm very allergic to strong smells I came to find still a Whole colony hiding inside creases of doors, under my bed and under the guitar I had left standing next to one of the two couches inside my room, even as I'm writing this review there are still cockroaches crawling on my bed. What was the point of the service please?
